A Thai Terrific Birthday!
What a FUN Cooking Lesson!
Not only did I get to teach one of my absolute favorite recipes, but I get to teach the most talented young chef for his birthday. Palmer is a natural with his knife skills and a real joy to food prep and cook alongside with.
Chef Palmer, it’s a true pleasure to meet you and your parents and I do hope you’ve learned a few extra tips from me. I look forward to more food lessons with you, maybe Indian Cuisine!?…..
Happy Birthday! 🙂

You were a super star, Chef Anna! Every one of our expectations were met and beyond! The food was fabulous (we fought over the leftovers today), the skills you taught were spot on for our son, and your cheery personality was fun for all. I highly recommend you to everyone….all ages and all skill levels!

Wow Palmer, how fabulous. I’m impressed with how you’re holding your knife and chopping, I’ve tried and tried to do that and can’t. Maybe you can teach me. The food sounded fabulous, I bet it was yummy! Congratulations Chef Palmer, you are on your way!

Bravo to our favorite sous chef, Palmer. Hats off to you, Anna, for giving our birthday boy such valuable lessons in the kitchen, a keepsake apron, and a hat that will soon be replaced with one that fits all those brains! 🙂 Can’t wait to have some of you cuisine, Chef Palmer. I’ll be YOUR sous chef ANYTIME!
Love you, Nanee
