A Beautiful 50th Anniversary Dinner
I am absolutely honored to have been a part of this beautiful dinner party. The Muscar brothers wanted to put together a special dinner commemorating the beautiful marriage of their parents.
After working closely with them on the menu planning, I wanted to make sure that I prepared two special dishes for the Bride and Groom with a comforting Italian-European touch to their dishes.
Mark, it was wonderful meeting you and your family and a pleasure to have been party of the dinner planning and preparations. Congratulations Mr and Mrs. Muscar and to many more wonderful years!
Menu: Wine Braised Short Ribs over Creamy Polenta, Mixed Greens topped with Sliced Pears Crumble Gorgonzola with Lemon Zest Vinaigrette, Simple Caesar Salad, Osso Bucco, Herb Crusted Rack of Lamb, Seared Filet Mignon with Shrimp Scampi, Creamy Mash Potatoes and Roasted Garlic Broccolini. Chocolate Mousse topped with Fresh Vanilla Bean Cream and Fresh Berries
