ChiquiChef Baptism Luncheon

Menu: Arugula-Parsley Salad with San Marzano Tomatoes topped with Shaved Manchego, Roasted Marcona Almonds with a Dijon Vinaigrette, Sautéed Brussel Sprouts topped with Caramelized Onions and Bacon with a Balsamic Reduction and Roasted Chicken Breast topped with Roasted San Marzano Cherry Tomatoes drizzled Arugula-Almond Pesto Sauce.
