ChiquiChef Private Cooking Lesson: From Pantry to Table
I had the pleasure of meeting Bonnie at one of my Sur La Table classes in Pentagon and she wanted to learn more! So I offered her a private cooking lesson. Bonnie’s request was to learn how to create delicious food that you can easily whip up from the pantry to the table. Well, challenge accepted!
Here is the menu that I put together for her: Sautéed Ginger Garlic Shrimp over Thai Peanut Noodles, Chicken Marsala, Roasted Brussels Sprouts, and Seared Atlantic Salmon topped with Dijon Dill Cream Sauce.
