Definitely the best little Sous Chef during Spring Break!
What do you do when the kids are in the middle of Spring Break during one of your cooking days? Have them be your sous chef and teach them the joys of cooking!
During my regular cooking days with one of my FAVOURITE families, I had Mac, my little sous chef make fettucine and spaghetti from scratch. Besides the fresh pasta he helped me prepped the weekly dinner for the family. I see a potential chef in the family!
Menu: Sweet Corn Beef Chili, Braised Carnitas with Saffron Brown Rice and Mexican Chicken Sliders.
