I have food allergies. Can you accommodate?
Of course! Every meal we prepare is based on what you tell us about your dietary needs. In the case of severe allergies, we suggest using your kitchen equipment and utensils in food preparation to keep the kitchen environment free of any possible cross-contamination.
Do you prepare vegetarian/vegan meals?
We have a large file of vegetarian and vegan recipes and pride ourselves on making a variety of high-quality, nutritious vegetarian meals
Do I need to be at home during my cooking day?
Absolutely not. ChiquiChef will make prior arrangements with you to determine the best way to enter your home if you’re not home during the time of your service.
Do you offer meal delivery services?
No. Due to health department regulations all food is prepared in your home.
Can you cook for one person?
Yes! ChiquiChef is happy to accommodate up to 12 people. During your in-home consultation, we will discuss the proper number of meals and frequency of the service in order to meet your needs.
Do I need to make room in my refrigerator and freezer?
Yes. We ask that you clear some space in your refrigerator and freezer so we may properly store your food. We also ask that your sink and counters be free of dishes so we have room to work effectively in your kitchen.
Do I need to sign a contract?
We do ask that you sign a customer agreement form. The purpose of the agreement is simply to outline what you expect of ChiquiChef and the agreed upon payment schedule. There is not a multi-service component to the agreement and clients are free to terminate the service at any time with seven days notice.
Are you insured?
Yes. ChiquiChef carries liability insurance that protects the client in case of injury or damage to you or your home.
