Simple Holiday Dinner Party
Dinner was so nice, I did it twice!! Erin, thank you again for having ChiquiChef cater a simple yet healthy dinner party for you and your guests (for two days!). I hope you have all enjoyed it as much as I prepared it.

Menu: Mixed Mesclun Salad topped with Sliced Pears and Honey Roasted Pecans, Roasted Brussel Sprouts drizzled with Fig Balsamic Glaze, Roasted Herbed Fingerling Potatoes, Roasted Fingerling Potato Bites with Crispy Bacon and Shredded Cheddar topped with Sliced Chives.
Sweet Ending: Chocolate Covered Strawberries, Coconut Cream Panna Cotta and Gluten Free Crushed Peppermint Bark Brownies
