Let me tell you how THRILLED I am to have my favorite clients back in the DMV area!
Jonathan and Jacqueline just recently bought their beautiful home and wanted to christen their new digs in hosting a dinner party for their dear friend for his birthday. Always up for the menu planning challenge, Jacqueline put me to the task in putting together a 3-Course Dinner that is Keto and Vegetarian Friendly.
I hope that I hit the nail on the head on this one. Thank you Jon and Jacqui for having me cater this dinner. Blair, thank you again for being such a great sous chef!
Menu: Artisnal Cheeses and Cured Meats Charcuterie with Duck Mousse Pate, Almond-Arugula Pesto, Roasted Red Pepper Hummus and Marinated Spiced Olives. Roasted Kale Caesar Salad topped with Roasted Walnuts, Seared Herb Crusted Filet Mignon topped with Sautéed Cremini Mushrooms over Cauliflower Puree and Roasted Asparagus, Roasted Portobello Mushrooms topped with Mushroom Au Jus over Cauliflower Puree and Roasted Asparagus, Almond Spiced Cheesecake with Almond Pecan Crust, topped with Dark Chocolate Ganache.
